
Tanning - Do's & Don'ts
Before Your Appointment:
Arrive with Clean, Fresh Skin – No deodorant, makeup, or moisturisers.
Shower Close to Your Appointment – This keeps skin fresh.
Wear Loose, Comfortable Clothing – Especially important post-tan.
Exfoliate Regularly – Every other day leading up to the tan for smooth, even results.
Complete All Beauty Treatments 24 Hours Prior – Hair removal 24 hours before (48 hours for waxing) to avoid irritation.
After Your Tan:
Avoid Water Until Your First Rinse – This includes rain, sweat, and splashes.
Skip the Bra – Let the tan develop evenly without tight clothing.
Hands Off – Avoid touching to prevent transfer to hands.
Follow Shower Instructions – First shower is a quick rinse, no soap or scrubbing.
Be Cautious with Ammonia – Use the toilet before your shower, as ammonia can strip the tan.
Pat Dry – No rubbing after showers.
Second Shower After 12 Hours – This time, you can use body wash, deodorant, and makeup.
Stay Hydrated – Drink water and moisturise regularly to prolong your tan’s lifespan.

Final Reminders:
Remember, your spray tan does not protect from the sun, so keep up with sunscreen.
Shaving is okay after the second shower.
Following these steps will ensure your tan looks amazing and lasts longer. Enjoy your tan!

Waxing Do's & Don'ts
Before waxing please arrive to your appointment with:
Freshly washed skin
Exfoliate skin
Avoid your hair being too long
Wear loose fitting clothes
Advise me of any recent, cuts, abrasions, or bruises on the skin.

Please avoid:
Touching the area that have been waxed for at least 6hours
Avoid the sun
Don’t use sauna’s or hot pools for up to 24h / 48hours after appointment.
Do not take hot showers, warm is ok but not straight after waxing appointment
Don’t apply makeup, moisturisers, perfume this could irritate the area, allow 12 to 24hrs.
No fake tan for 24 to 48hrs after appointment.
Avoid exfoliation, give your skin 48hrs to breath.
Avoid sweating
Makeup Do's & Don'ts
Please arrive to your appointment with:
Freshly cleansed skin and arrive free from makeup
Loose comfortable clothing (so top can be removed without rubbing makeup)
Hair tied up or back
Bring inspiration photos
If you wear contact lenses, pop them in before appointment
On the lead up to your special event, please exfoliate your skin 3 times in the week before appointment.
Skin prep is key to ensure makeup looks good, keep hydrated and skin needs to be nourished with a good moisturised that would suit your skin.
Please arrive with an open mind, and remember skin is skin and we all have imperfections. Makeup is not an Instagram filter.
After makeup:
Ensure you leave with a smile, tell me if you need anything changed or added
